Third Space Counselling

Third Space Counselling provides private in-person counselling services to those living or working in Enfield, North London and surrounding areas. There are online and telephone counselling sessions available for clients' nationwide and beyond. The Third Space also provides a selection of group work events (New time table coming soon). I specialise in offering a wide range of therapeutic services to address various mental health challenges. My approach includes a blend of Person Centred Counselling, Gestalt Principles, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychotherapy as it relates to the body as a whole. I am dedicated to providing personalised care and support to help individuals navigate through their unique emotional and psychological needs. With the therapeutic relationship and my client's goal as the focus.
